My vet contacted them 3 times. Walmart PetRx lost the first 2 contacts. Took over 6 days for them to process the order. Then, they never shipped the order. So, an order placed on 2/11/21 was cancelled on 2/22/21 because it had not shipped yet.
RIDICULOUS!!!

On 1/29/21, I ordered a 3 month supply of Revolution for my cats ear mite outbreak. I needed this product ASAP.
Walmart’s ad on the PetRx page guarantees two day delivery for orders over $35. January 30 and 31 came and went with no meds for my suffering cat.
February 1 and 2 no meds. When calling PetRx a young man name Geil ?, sort of giggled at my complaint and assured me the meds would arrive Thursday the 4th. He repeated this date several times and made sure I knew it would be at my home on that day but could be late.
My spouse and I are retired. We spent all day checking on our order. I waited until the next day to contact Walmart. As per I was told it could be very late.Fed Ex reported that our package was delivered around 2:30 and was at the left of the front door. It was not. The gentleman I was speaking with apologized profusely and guaranteed that a replacement order would be sent overnight. It was not sent at all. Here I am eight days past the date I ordered the much needed meds for my poor cat. Another call to Walmart. Lucy answered.
Although very nice, she gave me lots of excuses for the delay. It would not be sent until Monday with arrival time on February 9th. So much for their two day guaranteed delivery. The final price was higher than was originally quoted. Around a $15.00 difference. I didn’t complain as I needed the Revolution. My cat was literally crying, scratching,
and jumping around as the ear mites were all over her biting her and causing other infections. I told Lucy to cancel my order. She agreed but wasn’t sure if and when my $70. + would show up on my charge card. That makes me think Walmart will refuse to give me a refund as Fed Ex claims the meds were left at our home. I think there is a scam going on. If I don’t get my refund I will write a letter to the Office of Consumer Affairs in Atlanta,Ga. They protect buyers from unscrupulous companies.

Website browser on a desktop doesn’t…

I wanted to give it 0 stars. Website browser on a desktop doesn’t let you login with same password as you use on mobile no matter what you do. Website is very gimmicky and you’ll never be able to cancel an auto ship yourself if you change your mind or want to purchase from a different company. You have to call someone….I called someone and they allegedly cancelled all three (how are there three of the same auto ship???) of them per my request. So I’m sitting around and then get an email saying an order will be here soon. So those auto ships were never actually cancelled…..yay. Somehow I have three auto ships I still can’t cancel and after looking on where to cancel or delete the account…nothing,..crickets. It’s like they want to trap their customers especially the ones who are probably not tech savvy. So I have to call again tomorrow and maintain my resting nurse voice and hope to dear god I can cancel the account. I’ve removed the payment method, Rx and Vet but I’m highly annoyed and ticked off at such a terrible website and service in 2021 and I don’t trust that they won’t try to pull something. I’m confused why such a simple thing is making me this mad. I just think it boils down to being transparent with customers and allowing them autonomy with their purchasing. It never really pays to trick your customers or have a lazy website that makes you jump through hoops (I thought websites are supposed to make things easier and eliminate the need to speak to a live person), especially in 2021. Seeeee ya Walmart, you’re bad for this.

Use another Pharmacy for your Pet

Use another Pharmacy for your Pet. Customer service when an item is out of stock is non existent! Your pet will be without medication or prescription food. I am a retired pharmacist from Walmart and I think their customer service is despicable!

Fraudulent requests

My vet placed the order with them, they contacted me after I had already set up a profile. They set up another profile and gave us the new info. We were getting $5.00 worth of meds, he offers to dismiss the shipping fees, tells me we have a new account and the password and order number. I get home and can't log into this new account, we get charged for the meds, the never arrived and my vet contacts me who is also my friend luckily to tell me Walmart says I am requested a bunch more meds like Amoxicillin 500mg, etc. All of it fraudulent!!! No accounts that I can find under Walmart Pet pharmacy, no meds arrived yet I was charged and my vet sent me a screen shot of the requested fraudulent meds in my name that I never asked them for. On that request I can see my email with an additional letter placed at the end this is so nasty!!!!

I canceled my order on the same day…

I canceled my order on the same day because I found it cheaper at an other place and this company took my money and did not refund me it. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and calling everyday and nothing. Everyone I talk to is a different person and they give you a different story everyday. Never will I order anything from them again. They are a joke

Never shipped

Ordered at 11 am on Friday, they said it would arrive Sunday. It has not been shipped and their customer service is not open. Seems to be going as with all WM services lately, so large that they don't give a crap about customer service.

I am beyond livid

I am beyond livid! My dog had surgery Friday, I ordered her pain medication from this hell hole in advance! It was supposed to arrive today, Sunday!! Guess what, they lied it has not left their establishment! Before this, I called customer service where I was greeted by the nastiest customer service representative! Now I have to pay top dollar at the vet! Meanwhile, her surgery was close to 1,000.00! I WILL NEVER USE THIS place, or refer them to anyone! I will warn people not to use this place! My dog is in so much pain! LIARS!

Never Ordering from this Place Again. Go back while you still can.

Really sad that I ended up trying to use Walmartpetrx without reading reviews first. I finally decided to do an auto-ship because I need the product constantly, and I already had to order the product from somewhere else after paying for 2-day shipping and the product didn't get here in over a week. Here I am now two weeks after ordering and I log in to see what is going on and NOW it tells me the product is out of stock. I received no notification that there was an issue with my product being out of stock until if seemed like a really long time to get here. Now I am unable to cancel the auto ship online, so I need to take time off work to call into customer service, when it would be easy for them to cancel online. This is absolutely atrocious customer service. I can't wait to wash my hands of this experience and never use this website again. Seriously, they SUCK. Why would you make everything so inconvenient for your customers when they are trying to get things to take care of their pets?!

Good luck trying to cancel an auto-ship!

They make it really easy to CREATE an auto-ship online, but you must call them, wait on hold for a human to speak with you and listen to a bunch of customer retention crap in order to cancel that auto-ship. In my book, that is a really scummy way to do business. I would rather pay double anywhere else than to do business with these people again!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! These people don't care about you or your pets. My baby needs her medicine and they will not send anything on time. Runs out even when on autoship and can't get it to you in the same week of your autoship. What is the purpose of autoship if you can't get your items on time? I wouldn't shop here if I were you! I am leaving and buying from somewhere more expensive. Just terrible people and service!

Won’t order from here anymore

January 25, 2021: If I could give zero stars I would. Originally I was ok with them always being late in getting prescriptions to us because we always stayed ahead anyways. But now my fur baby passed away and they were supposed to refund my money for the item I had just received right before he passed (unopened bottle). They keep saying my refund is declined by my bank. Who declines a refund?! My bank says they keep withdrawing the refund which makes more sense. I have been dealing with the loss of my fur baby and them trying not to give me the refund for almost a month. Now I will never use their services here again! They are inconsiderate and refusing to give me the refund even though they are always late on sending prescriptions. I have another fur baby and will be paying the higher price at petmeds in hopes they will have better service. WalmartPetRx sucks! If you still decide to use them make sure you get your prescriptions before you are about to run out because they are late with everything and they always run out even when you have the autoship.
Update March 22, 2021: I still have not received my refund and every time I call they say it will be processed this week. Obviously, this week has not come in three months.
